Rent is beiing charge in NIS according to the bank of Israel daily exchange rate,if your credit card is not beiing processed immediate The amount might be slightly different in USD due to exchange rate change
Security deposit 1000$ by credit card will be placed on hold upon check-in and released 7 business days later if the apartment is intact (Cash will be refunded upon departure)
CHECK IN - CHECK OUT - GENERAL Check in : 15:00 check out : 11:00 early check in will be possible only if apartment is ready.
No pets allowed; No smoking allowed; No Events or Parties allowed;
Any guest not entering the country on a B2 or B3 (Tourist VISA) will be subject by law to pay 17% VAT ;
In order to avoid vat payment please send us asap a copy of your passport. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment;
The number of guests shall not exceed the number agreed upon this Agreement;
Maintenance: the guest will maintain the apartment and the contents in good order and condition; the guest will return possessions of the apartment at the end of the Tenancy in the same clean state and condition as it was at check in commencement subject to normal wear and tear.
Key/ card /remote control lost or damaged will be subject to a payment of 50 $ upon check out
Insurance: Apartment's insurance does'nt cover tenant or its properties! Please make sure you are covered by your travel insurance
